Do the numbers count?

Yesterday I reached a landmark number for my website.  After just over 1 year I have hit 1000 hits.

This has got me thinking about the importance of web hits and video views.

I seem to be a bit obsessed about checking my web hits and video watches daily but do the numbers matter?

My blog is really just a place to randomly write about life.

My family YouTube channel is for the family.

My Tech YouTube channel is a hobby!

So do I care about the hits? Yes - I think the numbers matter!
